Client-Centric Policies

At Sound World we offer many client-centric policies to enhance your experience with us and make life just a little more convenient.
For increased convenience, there is an early drop off key box that is safe and secure. Should clients wish to drop vehicles the night before a scheduled appointment (up to 6PM), their vehicles are kept inside our secured facility overnight. For complete security and client peace-of-mind, we have 24-hour security camera coverage of our facilities.
A Sound World Product Specialist will review the installation and operation of all newly installed equipment with the client upon pick up, and we’re open as late as 6PM.
